Here are the names of some fitness accessories.

To start with, the words with -bell:

1.BARBELL SP: haltera; FR: haltère long; RU: штанга.

2.DUMBBELL SP: mancuerna; FR: haltère; RU: гантеля.

3.KETTLEBELL SP: pesa rusa; FR: girevoy; RU: гиря.
Is it called like this cause its form resembles a kettle?
KETTLE SP: tetera; FR: bouilloire; RU: чайник.

4.JUMP ROPE, SKIPPING ROPE SP: comba, cuerda de saltar; FR: corde à sauter; RU: скакалка.

5.POWER BANDS SP: banda elástica; FR: bande elastique; RU: эластичная лента.

6.MAT SP: esterilla, colchoneta; FR: matelas, tapis; RU: коврик.

7.PLATES How do you call them in your language?

To add more weight some people wear ankle or wrist weights (on their ankles or wrists, accordingly).

ANKLE SP: tobillo; FR: cheville; RU: щиколотка.

WRIST SP: muñeca; FR: poinet; RU: запястье.

I use dumbells, my mat, ankle weights and power bands to do exercises at home.
